David Osgathorp BSc (Hons)

David is the owner and operator of All About You Performance and Wellbeing. He has been a fitness professional for over 10 years and has trained with the world’s best fitness organisations and worked in the most exclusive health clubs in London.

David is a back pain expert. The demands of modern living place stress and strain on the human body creating posture dysfunction, muscular aches and pains and ill health. He will train your body in a way that will relieve pain and allow it to function in a more effective way. You will develop stronger foundations to build upon, improve flexibility increase your range of motion and wake up muscles that have done very little for years!

Craig Lambert BSc (Hons) 

Working alongside David is Craig Lambert. A passionate and enthusiastic trainer who has left the hustle and bustle of one of North London’s most exclusive health clubs to join the specialist team at All About You.

Having established a successful referral link with physiotherapist, Nigel Roe, Craig has developed a specialist niche as a rehabilitation specialist. If your goals are post operative knee strengthening, spinal rehabilitation, rediscovering your core or correcting postural dysfunction, Craig is your man!

Through experience and education Craig will make you aware of your body. He will help you strengthen weak muscles and stretch tight areas to return your body to a balanced state and improve wellbeing.

His philosophy is that feeling great all of the time should be every person’s right. As a nutrition and lifestyle coach, Craig will start you on a healthy eating plan that not only suits your individual needs and reduces your body fat levels, but will leave you feeling energised throughout the day. 

 
Steve Grant BA (Hons)

Steve has recently joined our team here at All About you performance and wellbeing bringing with him seven years experience in the sports and fitness industry. Having began as a sports coach and working his way to training national level performers; Steve now focuses a lot of his ever expanding knowledge on helping individuals achieve their own personal goals, whether that’s weight loss, postural correction or improving self esteem and self image.

As a studying nutritional therapist Steve brings with him a wealth of nutritional knowledge that will help improve your body from the inside out. His combination of nutrition, lifestyle and exercise coaching has seen him achieve outstanding results with a wide variety of clientele throughout London and the Midlands.

Having gone through ten months of rehabilitative training following a car accident, Steve has an innate ability to understand many individuals back pain and rehab challenges; this can be seen in his approach to corrective exercise programmes.

So if you want to turn your body from feeling low and lifeless to vibrant and vital, soft and slow to shapely and strong let Steve help you change the way you feel with his safe, fun and effective methods of training.
 
Chris Gibbons BSc (Hons) GSR

 Chris is a confident, knowledgeable and experienced trainer with a passion for exercise and fitness. He has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 8 years and through his education and experience has developed a range of different methods in training the body to achieve maximum results.

Chris is a qualified injury specialist with a degree in injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. His experiences include working with a range of individuals from recreational to professional athletes. These include working as a massage therapist at National athletics championships and the 2005 London marathon and working as the injury specialist and fitness trainer for a semi professional football team.

As well as working as a trainer, Chris is bringing his skills as a therapist to All About You offering a range of treatments, whether you want a relaxing massage or treatment for a long standing injury.

Chris will not only help to improve your fitness levels, he will help to reduce your risk of injury, improve postural instabilities, develop functional strength and stability and help to improve your overall sense of well being.
