The All About You Approach to Nutrition 

 

Do you want to know what foods your body really needs to fuction at its optimum? Do you want to maintain a healthy weight and feel energised all of the time?

 
Good nutrition is key to helping you achieve the best possible physical results. We need to make sure the foods you eat and the proportions you eat them in agree with how your body functions.

Here at All About You we will take you on a journey that will ensure long term changes to the way you see and eat food. Our first initial stage for all new clients is an elimination phase.
 
This period will see you introduce the right foods and liquids to create vitality, balanced energy levels and promote increased metabolic rate.
 
The purpose of this process is to eliminate all foods and liquids that cause blood sugar imbalances, and toxic and digestive stress.

Following the elimination period where we GUARENTEE you will have already seen dramatic differences in how you feel and look, you will be taken on a 12 week nutrition programme that will ensure long term changes to you diet. The 12 week nutrition programme will cover such areas as:

Fluid intake, processed foods, fats, protein and organic foods. We aim to educate you on good and bad carbohydrate sources, teach you that the way you cook your food could be killing it, explain why diets don't work, and help you understand why every meal has a hormonal consequence.

For those that want to take their dietary goals to a further level we also offer metabolic typing.
 
Metabolic Typing enables us to map out more precise macronutrient proportion, that being the ratio of fats, carbohydrates and proteins in each meal that should be consumed.
 
These proportions can differ immensely from one individual to  another and for those that are either strong protein or carbohydrate types, the metabolic typing assessment is essential for the long term health and physical efficiency.
