At our exclusive training studio in Highgate Village we boast some of the best qualified, most experienced and most knowledgeable health and fitness experts in the country who hold some of the most prestigious personal trainer certifications in the world.
Our assessments, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, exercise programming and holistic therapies have delivered outstanding results to hundreds of clients who have previously been unable to achieve their goals via traditional methods.
Training at All About You is not like training at any other gym or personal training studio. It is what it says it is; a personal service. We don’t have any pre-written programmes or set routines we use with clients. Every client is different, every session is different, therefore your session is all about you, and until you have undergone our assessment we can’t tell you what those sessions will involve. We can, however, guarantee that the programme we put together will produce the best results for your individual needs.

It's All About You
There are a lot of personal trainers out there delivering a “one size fits all” approach and wondering why clients are not achieving their desired results and dropping out. Maybe it’s because there is nothing PERSONAL about this service?!
At All About You, we aim to provide a very personal service that tailors our services exactly to your needs.
This is achieved by using the following unique methods:
1. You won’t receive a hard sell when you phone for information or come in for a free consultation. We believe that you must be ready to start, not sold into it.
2. All new clients will undergo The All About You Health Assessment. This will check your posture, balance, range of motion, joint integrity and core function. From this assessment the truly PERSONAL aspect of your training is determined. The information gathered here is used to create a unique programme, tailored to your individual body type and needs.
3. Your diet determines your body shape, your energy levels and your mood. Just as everyone looks different on the outside, we all work differently on the inside. Before you start your exercise programme with us you will be asked to keep a food diary so we can see what when why and how much you eat! You will surprised how much this activity benefits you.
4. It is easy to lose track of your target, but at All About You we will ensure you find out what you really want from your time with us. Our goal setting strategies will help you realise your potential and enable you to succeed with your objective.
