Yoga
Fitness fads come and go but yoga has been around for about 5,000 years. The typical workout is a blend of strength , flexibility and body awareness exercises that cover all aspects of the self - the physical, the mental and the spiritual.
Many people think that yoga is just stretching. While stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures.
Each posture has specific physical benefits and can be performed quickly in succession to create heat through the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.
Our Yoga class takes place at the studio on Saturday morning at 10:30am
Body Conditioning
Body conditioning is a great muscular strength and endurance workout using dumbbells and bodyweight resistance exercises to tone muscles and raise your metabolic rate for a fantastic fat burning effect.
Come and join Demi on a Monday morning at 8:45am - 9:45am for a great way to start the week!
Circuit Training
Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training exercises designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle toning and cardiovascular fitness. The class is suitable for all levels you simply work as hard as you feel comfortable with.
Join James and David at the studio on Monday evening at 7:30pm and Wednesday evening at 7pm.
